OR copy and paste it and e-mail it to the Public-Relations Coordinator Noeleen Urmson, at NUrmson@concerts4cancer.org. All payments for items ordered MUST be sent to P.O. Box 3014 and should be made payable to Concerts 4 Cancer Inc.

-No shirts will be made until your cash or check is recieved in the mail.

-All shirts, unless specified otherwise, will be mailed to or dropped off at the residence of ther person ordering them.

-No Credit Cards are accepted, checks are to be made out to Concerts 4 Cancer Inc.
